eVisa Problems lets people in the UK report issues with the digital-only eVisa system, helping build an evidence base to demand change where the system isn’t working.
The tool accepts reports on creating a UKVI account, linking it to an eVisa, using or updating an eVisa, and travelling internationally with an eVisa. You can also report issues if you’ve been told to report an error to the Home Office.
This tool is managed by a coalition of organisations including the3million.
