The SMART money advice project offers free, impartial and confidential money advice for tenants of Grampian, Castlehill and Langstane Housing Associations who are facing financial difficulties. This ranges from managing your money, debt counselling, checking Welfare Benefit entitlement, applying for benefits and providing budgeting advice.
